Ingredients:
| ΒΌ lb | Shitaake Mushrooms |
| 1 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
| Smoked Salt, i get mine from saltworks |
Directions:
Preheat a very heavy bottom sautee pan over medium heat.
Remove stems from mushrooms
Very thinly slice shitaakes
Add oil and mushrooms to the sautee pan and stir frequently until mushrooms are crispy.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with smoked salt to taste.
