Ingredients:
| 1 cup | Crumbled Goat Cheese |
| ⅓ cup | Fat-free Mayonnaise |
| 2 Tbsp | Honey |
| 1 Tbsp | Balsamic Vinegar |
| 1 | Medium Apple, sliced |
| 8 slices | French Bread (1/4" Thick) |

| You Can Mix In Any of The Following Herbs, for more flavor: | |
| Rosemary, finely chopped | |
| Fresh Thyme, finely chopped | |
| Fresh Italian Parsley, finely chopped | |
| Fresh Basil, finely chopped | |
| Tarragon Finely Chopped | |
| Chives, cut into small pieces | |
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat the goat cheese, mayonnaise, honey and vinegar until smooth.
Serve with apple, assorted vegs and bread slices.
