| Raspberry Poppyseed Vinaigrette-makes About 3/4 Cup | |
| ½-cup | Reduced Sugar Raspberry Preserves |

| ¼-tsp | Pepper |
| ½-tsp | Salt |
| 1-tsp | Poppy Seeds |
| Combine All But Poppy Seeds.whisk or Process In Blender Till Smooth. Stir In Poppy Seeds. | |

| 2 | Tbls Frozen Limeade Concentrate |
| 2 | Tbls Canola Oil |
| 1-tsp | Lime Zest |
| Pinch of Dry Mustard | |
| Combine All In Jar With Tight Fitting Lid,shake Til Well Mixed. | |
| Use, at once,does not keep well because of the honey. | |
Directions:
Pick through spinach,cut any tough stems. Place spinach on large platter, top with fruit. Sprinkle with nuts and raisins. Serve with dressing on side.
