Venison Steak and Egg Breakfast

Steak and eggs--the hunter's way.

  • Servings: 1 big appetite or 2 small appetites
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes


2× 3-oz Venison Steaks
Granulated Garlic Powder
Garlic Pepper
Seasoned Salt, lawry's
Cajun Seasoning
3 Eggs, beaten
Salt & Pepper
2 Tbsp Milk
½ cup Cheddar Cheese


Preheat an inside counter-top grill (George Foreman grill). Sprinkle both sides of venison steaks with ginger, garlic powder, garlic pepper, seasoned salt, and Cajun seasoning. Spray grill grates with nonstick cooking spray. Place venison steaks in grill. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until steaks are medium-rare.

Meanwhile, heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl combine beaten eggs, salt and pepper, and milk. Pour mixture into skillet. Cook and stir over medium-low to medium heat for about 3 to 5 minutes or until eggs are scrambled and cooked. Top with cheese. Serve steaks with eggs.
